Thanksgiving is upon us, offering an opportunity for reflection and gratitude. Everyone has their own favorites to be thankful for, but we thought it might be nice to start the holiday week off by sharing some of our favorites.

1. The Beaches
   There's hardly a spot in Florida that isn't within an hour's drive of the ocean — no more than 30 minutes for most homeowners in Sarasota and Manatee Counties. We're thankful for every inch of sandy shoreline that allows us to live on permanent vacation. 2. The Sunshine
